Open Letter
October 27, 2024
To whom it may concern,
I am a life-long Minnesota resident and founder of an aspiring tech company. Several years ago, the Walz administration knowingly deployed my company's wireless token technology in their Covid exposure notification app. The Walz administration did so without permission from my company and they refused to provide compensation. Their actions helped Apple & Google and left the rest of us vulnerable to undesirable future outcomes. Actions taken by the Walz administration can be more thoroughly understood through the many downloads that have been organized and made available on this site.
I am seeking assistance to tell my story, pursue legal remedies, build my tech company, and help protect against a future tech dystopia.
Please consider investigating the material I've provided, sharing my story, and signing up for future updates. Are you curious whether you could help in some way? Please let me know. Questions and comments are also encouraged. If you'd like to be notified of future crowdfund campaign(s), please indicate that in your submission as well. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Mark Daigle

Documents available for download (at the square links, below)
show that the Walz administration knowingly:
Ignored this Minnesotan innovator, condoned an egregious app store monopoly, used G-mail to conduct official state business, introduced Google reps to the state CIO via G-mail, offered one or more connections directly into Google, used state resources to contribute to the core Google Apple framework, and gave a no-bid contract to a startup out of MIT Media Lab - whose founder had previously worked on special projects for Apple and Google.
